Jim Jeremiah Quotes My Affliction For His Glory

I’m blessed to have friends who are spread all over the country and the world in various jobs and ministry opportunities. With so many people spread out it can be hard to stay in face to face contact with many of them.

One of my friends, Chad Horton, is out in California and I have not seen him in a couple of years, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a message from him on Sunday afternoon. He had just walked out of his church and was dropping me a message to tell me that the pastor had quoted my book in his sermon.

I was thrilled to see the clip from his church – Shadow Mountain Community Church (Dr. David Jeremiah’s church) – where Jim Jeremiah, David’s brother, quoted from my book as as a point of illustration in the greater context of his sermon on the power of God’s Word.
