The New Virtual Speaking World

I’m a man who has the honor of preaching to large groups of people all over the nation. Sadly, that is just not possible or wise given the world of social distancing we find ourselves in suddenly.

However, that doesn’t mean the good news of the gospel needs to be kept away from your people. God is not distant from any of us – even in the worst possible circumstances. He takes the weak things of the world to shame the strength of man. He uses the broken to display the mending work of His grace.

He uses the afflicted to point others to the comfort He offers in times of uncertainty and trial. In times like these – we need to be reminded of hope even as the darkness tries to choke it away. Just because we can’t gather in the same room doesn’t mean we can’t come together virtually. And what a gift that we can!
